BVP provides advice and co-ordination relating to the technical know – how necessary for the supervision of the development and the start up of operations so that the business will be capable of immediately functioning as an efficient operation at opening date. BVP will create a critical path and set goals to reaching a targeted date of opening. |
TRAINING/RECRUITMENT
Quality people are an important ingredient in the success of every business. Initial decisions made on the selection of staff can have lasting results, therefore proper time and assessment is needed in the selection process. A comprehensive training program helps to set policies and reinforce standards as well as create confident employees. It also produces a positive and motivational work environment. BVP recommend Manning budgets, assist with selection of staff and provide pre-opening training of all positions including executives so that the operation will be capable of consistently meeting international standards. |
TECHNICAL ASSISTANCE/FACILITY PLANNING
BVP provides technical supervision of design and construction of operational facilities relating to villa services during building and pre-opening phases. BVP will also suggest and identify consultants and negotiating on behalf of the owners for their services. We also provide advice on procurement and selection of Fixtures, Furnishing and all Operational Equipment. |

Proper maintenance and upkeep of your assets will increase value and protect your investment. Proper maintenance is also important for recognition as an international business increasing value in the market place and resulting in larger volumes of business. We establish proper maintenance programs relying on international standards and advise on recommended additions, alterations and improvements. A yearly budget for capital expenditures as deemed necessary to the operation will be provided for approval when needed. |
