News & Event THE WOLAS VILLAS & SPA CONTRACT AGREEMENT SIGNING Seminyak, Bali – August 2009. On the August 18, 2009, Contract Agreement has been sign between PT. Wolulas Jaya and Bali Villa Properties. This contract agreement signing is attended by Mr. A.A.K. Arimbawa, Mr. Gusti Ngurah Jaya Putra, Mrs. Jenny Tan and Mr. Rudy Alinato as the owners of The Wolas Villas & Spa, Mr. Putu Setiawan, Mr. Agung Indra. And from Bali Villa Properties Mr. Wayan Sumarta, Mr. Ketut Sumerta, Mr. Ketut Kanten and Ms. Monica Taufik. The Wolas Villas & Spa, a luxurious villa that located in jalan Yudistira, Seminyak consist of 18 unit villas, with 16 units of one bedroom villas and two units of two bedroom villas. The Wolas Villas & Spa is situated in the strategic central point of Seminyak, Kuta. The Wolas Villas & Spa is equipped with restaurant and spa to pamper the guest.
